Within Airbus, the organization "Procurement Digital & Business Capabilities" is the trans-national cross-divisional Center of Competence in charge of Procurement and Supply Chain applications. We support and closely collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain organizations of all three divisions (Airbus Commercial, Defence and Space and Helicopters).
"Procurement Digital & Business Capabilities" is responsible from in-service support over continuous improvement to transformation, automation and digitalization. We are the driver for identifying disruptive technologies and deploying innovative solutions to make our Procurement and Supply Chain fit for the future!
Tasks & accountabilities
Your exciting tasks:
- Support data collection for digitalisation projects (Excel expertise required)
- Analyse savings progress and trends, generate reports (at PYDO and commodity level)
- Support continuous communication about procurement improvement activities
Tasks for Support to Management:
- Preparing/organizing Meetings & workshops
- Creation of presentations
- Support travel management
- Creation of Shopping carts in SAP
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
- Enrolled full-time student within Economics or equivalent
- Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Data base experience
- Web design / HTML programming experiences would be a plus
- Flexible, reliable and creative
- Negotiation level of English and German
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
