Description of the job

You are looking for a mandatory internship up to 6 month-long in order to validate your academic year in Human Resources (or equivalent). Several internships will be open during the 2018-2019 academic year.

Tasks & accountabilities

You can develop your skills in our Group in the following areas:

  • Internal communication plan (intranet communication, events...)
  • Project management: deployment and follow-up of action plans
  • Production and management of dashboards and corresponding reporting (KPI, analysis and recommendations)
  • Implementation of new HR tools

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You are currently enrolled in a 4 years graduated - Gap Year - 5 years graduated diploma which is specialized in Human Resources (or equivalent). You have advanced skills (written/speaking) in English and in French.

You have the following skills:

  • Taste for very operational missions
  • Master of the Office Pack, in particular Excel

You have interpersonal skills, you have organizational qualities, and you like team work!
