Description of the job
Within the ATR Human Resources Department, you will support activities related to HR development, training and skills. You will deploy innovative working methods and projects, while respecting the ATR environment.
You will report to ATR Head of Resources & Development.
Tasks & accountabilities
- Analyze existing HR activities and processes to optimize them and make them more efficient.
- Ensure a monitoring of HR practices of companies of equivalent size.
- Build the strategic HR project (s) by defining the objectives, the means, the planning:
oManagement of skills and career paths: implementation of skills management based on the strategy defined by the Human Resources Direction. Participation in the implementation of a "Knowledge Transfer".
oCareer management: Design and deployment of development pathways by skills / population to enable the company to secure its skills and prepare those of tomorrow.
oManagement of key skills and people: support for the talent review, management of key people, preparation of development and succession plans.
oTraining: definition and implementation of training, creation of innovative learning tools, budget management, deployment. Management of an HRIS call for tender for the implementation of innovative solutions in terms of Learning.
oMonitoring: implementation of tools for reporting and evaluating HR actions (KPIs, dashboards, business impact measurement tool ...).
- Monitoring, support, evaluation of projects:
oMonitor ongoing HR projects.
oAdvise and support the operational or functional managers involved.
oMeasure the results, compare them to the defined objectives.
oEnsure the reporting tothe hierarchy on the conditions of progress of the projects.
oAnalyze the obstacles encountered.

We are looking for a candidate with the following experiences and skills:
- Holds a Bac +5 Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the industry
- Training Management and GPEC
- Relational, communication, creativity, innovative spirit, strength of proposal
- Being able to combine strategic and operational missions
- Multitask, with the desire to build
- Affinity for HRIS (tool design and deployment)
- Airbus (Corporate Functions), Airbus (Commercial Aircraft), Airbus Defence and Space
