A vacancy for an IT Production Business Relationship Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Seville).
The successful applicant will join INFORMATION MANAGEMENT / Customer Interface.

The successful applicant should be able to work on shifts, if required.

Your Role

  • Leading improvements projects in Military Aircraft Production systems and tools.
  • Coordinating overall Sevilla IS activities and projects. “BRM”.
  • Being close to Operations business identifying current weak points in system landscape and way of working.
  • Identifying and proposing as business partner improvements measures align with business requirements.
  • Providing specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance & Evolution of relevant Operations Information Systems.

Your Responsibilities/Tasks

  • BRM for Military Aircraft Production Information Systems in Seville.
  • Keep a continuous alignment with the Information Systems of all the divisions to ensure the correct support to Operations.
  • Foster harmonization in IS for Production in overall Airbus Defence and Space.
  • Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
  • Support of FAL's A400M and L&M for information systems in Seville Plant. To deploy Digital Factory initiatives (Paperless, Performance Tracker, Pulse

Line Control System, Mobility..)

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Bachelor degree in Information Systems Technology; Master degree preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the required domain
  • Experience in Operations (Procurement & Supply Chain, Production and Quality) required.
  • English must be negotiation level, written and spoken.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team
  • Project management skills.
  • Influence, persuasive and change management skills are required
  • Assertiveness
  • High leadership skills
  • Proactive, problem solving and decision making
