The Airbus’ Information Management (IM) division is looking for a Platform Security Officer (m/f) to join the “Big Data Platform & Data Extraction” department in Toulouse, France.

With the Digital Transformation of Airbus, the information technology of the company is completely redesigned, looking for creating added value for the business. Big Data is a main enabler of this transformation. In that context, Airbus IT teams are entirely reshaped and looking for new skills & potentials. Challenges are numerous and exciting!

Tasks & accountabilities

Main responsibilities of the position
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
Being accountable, within the Airbus Digital Accelerator department, for the Security of the Airbus BigData platforms and applications (Skywise ecosystem).

Being responsible for:
ø Defining the security requirements of the data platforms,
ø Ensuring data access security and IAM for the data platforms and ecosystem,
ø Managing integration of the data platforms with Airbus SOC,
ø Producing the system secure configuration guidelines for projects hosted on the data platform,
ø Conducing the implementation and the integration of the security measures and ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability,
ø Developing the security test plans, the security test procedures and executing them,
ø Designing the security architectures for platform access from windows & Linux accounts from different group entity,
ø Performing information systems security evaluation for verification and validation processes,
ø Ensuring Identity and Access Management (IAM), data access security, policy rules for AWS extended processing in link with a third system,
ø Providing innovative technology solutions in term of information security,
ø Communicating security status and roadmaps to different levels of management,
ø Producing the security operating procedures to guarantee the security of information systems throughout their lifecycle,

Driving and leading security management with:
ø Product owners, platform architects and the Consulting team within the Head of Big Data organization, providing them with operational support,
ø Project leaders in order to guarantee security compliance of the product they are developing
ø Data governance organization,
ø Product owners within the Digital Accelerator to develop Continuous integration (CI) pipelines and unit test automation.

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

Your Boarding Pass
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
ø Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems (or equivalent),
ø Strong experience in engineering, Information Technology (IT) or other technical position in the field of information security,
ø Proven Agile experience working in cross-functional Agile teams from inception to release,
ø Ability to work in DevOps environment,
ø General depth of experience allowing ability to rapidly understand new technologies,
ø Proven track record experience as a security architect,
ø Experience in Linux, Kerberos, LDAP, https and SSL., VAS, SSD and AWS IAM/Security, Hadoop (Ranger),
ø Experience in Java & Python security implementation will be a plus,
ø Proven experience in information security, in systems integration, in systems and application architecture design.
ø Advanced level of English, French would be a plus.

The successful candidate will be subjected to an OCCAR compliance.
