Description of the job
Within the Programs, Products & Services Directorate and in the Upgrades PSU department:
- Coordinate and monitor non TC holder modification (STC or minor Mod.) development by external DOA partners.
- Be in charge of end to end project management for ATR SB projects and non TC holder changes projects with external DOA holder (planning, performance and follow-up)
- Monitor the implementation of complex retrofit and supply of kits and equipment (multiple SBs, multiple aircraft …) and set up of consistent action plans after customer feedback.
- Be in charge of the ATR SB sales administration including: Service Bulletin offer production, order follow up, kit production launching and monitoring up to the delivery considering a delivery on time.
- Drive retrofits commercial campaigns (train sales team, launch and follow up)
- Identify Benchmark per campaign (price, potential) with marketing
- Contribute to commercial development with Sales CSD and foreign Centers.
Tasks & accountabilities
Non TC holder solution development from partner DOA monitoring
Customer relation between recommended DOA and ATR customer monitoring
STC and SB catalogue item creation
Analyze Customer requests and produce SB offers including commercial Terms & Conditions
After offer acceptance, SB and Kits production launching and monitoring
Inform internal customers in real time (SB sale, working parties …) and final external customers of the ongoing SB and kits progress. Monitor the customers claims received for kits (lack of compliance, missing parts …)
Contribute to build expected parts lists for improving supply lead time and better dimensioning stock of kits.
Contribute to the suppliers’ performance assessment considering the customers feedback and coordinate corrective actions with Quality Department.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Project management experience with suppliers and/or customers
Basic knowledge of aircraft configuration management
Notion of logistics and aerospace parts provisioning
General knowledge of aircraft systems. Know how to read drawings, service bulletin and IPC
Knowledge in maintenance, technical support and civil aircraft retrofit would be appreciated
Notion in A/C certification and design would be appreciated
Basic to good knowledge of SAP system transactions
Basic to good use of ATR aircraft configuration management system would be appreciated
Good relationship, ability to communicate with customers and suppliers.
Get organized and rigorous; enable to manage several projects in parallel.
Ability to coordinate actions from several contributors (spares engineering, retrofit engineering, procurement, sourcing, quality…) to match the customer demand.
Ability to schedule priorities with tight timeframe and constraints
Experience (number of years, field): 5 years with technical support and/or retrofit and/or logistic; project management
Education (level and field): 3-year degree
