Description of the job

Support to management of Electrical Unit Supply Chain and Airframe Suppliers performance improvement

Projects to improve the efficiency of the procurement flow:

¤Preventive missing part project  JTZMP support
OTD Improvement plan project support
Supporting deployment plan for the area
¤ Visual management improvement
Suppliers performance control improvement

¤KPI’s maintenance and reporting support
SAP system analysis: Order and Delivery improvement project

Electrcial Unit Supply Chain:
Management improvement support
¤SAP extraction for Preventive Missing Parts analysis
¤Planning's workflow analysis
¤ Production Plan's Bi-weekly updating
¤Monthly analysis of Dept.'s data: economic and purchasing volume, suppliers assignation, etc.
Support to planning tasks
¤Analysis of the purchase risk to ensure the delivery plan of Programs
¤Support in replanning of Purchase Orders
Support to operative procurement
¤Coordination with Quality and Repair Depts. to prepare VRB (Vendor Review Board) monthly report
¤Purchase orders management
¤Pending invoices claimed by suppliers follow-up
¤Reception discrepancies
¤Supplier management

Digital knowledge (Data bases, IoT, Data Analytics, Bots...) Programming skills (VBA, java...) would be a plus.
