Description of the job
THe jobholder colaborate for the supply management of a number of certain key suppliers for Combat Aircrafts, the main target will be ensuring that orders for both spares and repairs are launched on time and in accordance with the P.O requirements established by appropiate commodity. Active lead and follow up of the materials flows to ensure appropiate delivery on time, on quality and on cost, launch preventive actions if necessary to ensure customer expectations are complied.
THe jobholder will be accountable to ensure proper delivery performance and launching necessary actions to ensure delivery commitment. Supply chain optimization will be a key task, always providing the best purchasing conditions for the Company.
Some of his/her responsabilities in front of the supplier will be the R1 Monitoring, Delivery Performance Monitoring and Improvement, P.O management, Delivery Follow up, Export Licence Requirement compliance, Price update, Payment Discrepancies management, Planning&Forecast management.
He/she will be the Procurement focal point for supplier for all Customer Services supply chain operations, managing day to day relationships with suppliers and search for recovery plans to optimise customer value.
Monitors the delivery of the right product, at the right time, in the right quality, at the right place in accordance with customer needs.
Monitors and improves 1st tier Supplier relationship
Manages supplier's portfolio
Contribution to supplier's surveillance activities ( Risk Register, supplier control review)
Analyse MRP, manage Purchase orders and delivery flow.
Ensure suppliers adherence to logistic conditions.
