Description of the job

An excellent opportunity for a Young Graduate to undertake an Internship as a Human Resourcs Business Partner with Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Company business targets, HR labour regulations, employee life-cycle. Mission: Be the liaison between HR and the business. Prepare and support
the execution of business plans by translating the needs of thebusiness into appropriate HR solutions. Outputs: Efficient support forthe business through
HR measures (development plan, salary review,recruitment plan, staffing…).

  • Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, inpartnership with the business. - Advising the business on all peoplerelated matters. -

Drive the execution of business HR plans and releaseHR metrics & reports to the management. - Cascade HR policy & nationallabour regulations towards
the management. - Ensure coherency andharmonization within the implementation of the compensation andbenefits, training, recruitment policies in
coordination. with themanagement and according to business objectives.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Young graduate or last year student of Law, RRLL or HHRR Master
  • High level of English is required
  • High level of Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of Excel is required
