Tasks & accountabilities
The Leadership, Inclusion and Culture Evolution team within HR in Spain are looking for support to help the company's transformation within the HR department.
If you are studying HR and or Communications/Event management you would potentially be interested to join us to support the following activities:
- Perform some communication material under various formats (Video, online, leaflet)
- Support Culture evolution operations and projects, mainly by leading the organisation of events performed by the team but also by taking the lead on some dedicated projects
- Consolidate team activities and business requirements into a common roadmap on a proactive basis.
- Identify wastes and possible improvements within team and setup dedicated fix
- Support in tracking and measuring the team’s activities, deliverables and performance
The trainee is expected to have a culturally open mind set with knowledge of global business models as well as an understanding of complex multinational companies’ challenges and dynamics in a changing world. Knowledge of HR ways of working/processes is a plus.
Being able to quickly understanding the business ways of working and proposing innovative and simple solutions with good interpersonal and communication skills is to the success of this mission.
Other skills and competences required:
- Word, Excel and Power Point, MS VISIO, MS Project
- Sharepoint/web basics
- High level of English is required C1
- High level of Spanish is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
