Description of the job
A vacancy for a Global Mobility Payroll Specialist (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse. You will join the Global Mobility Payroll department.
You will be end to end responsible for the administration of Pay, Time, Personal Administration and Pension for International assignees in a dedicated portfolio.
You will ensure:
- the provision of operational HR services all along the HR value chain according to defined Service Level Agreements and in compliance with defined policies and processes
- the application of HR functional expertise in the day to day operations
- the application and consideration of potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation in the day to day operations
- the leverage of specific HR topic expertise in the day to day operations (application of the Global Assignment Policy)
- the response to customer queries in order to achieve a high customer satisfaction
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Ensuring quarterly payments of contributions (CFE, GMAP,…)
Controlling inputs on the individual employee’s SAP files and internal Global Mobility tool
Implementing variable elements in payroll
Ensuring global control and reporting activities
Ensuring the right application of social security and tax regime regarding payroll elements
Managing assignments at start, during and at the end
Providing support to employees, Global Mobility Partners (GMP) and HR departments
Managing the shadow payroll of expatriates under dormant contracts
Participating to projects for improvement and implementation
Managing transnational leaves such as maternity, sick leave with Home/Host payroll and GMP/HRBP & regulation in the day to day operations
Following the implementation of the French withholding tax
Calculation and payments of the withholding taxes
Contributing to transversal projects in the frame of Leadership Development
This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to a Master degree level in higher education
Degree level in labour law would be a plus
Experience in Pay and Time administration
Experience in International Mobility would be a plus
Knowledge of SAP (mandatory) & Microsoft office (excel) advanced
Ability to act in a continuous change environment, Agility
Language skills: Negotiation level of English
