Description of the job
An Internship in Research & Technology International Collaborative Project Management (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse (Blagnac).
You will join the Programmes Department and you’ll be involved in international Research and Technology Projects.
Airbus Homecountries (France, Germany, UK, Spain and European Union) are cofounding Technology Projects. Airbus performs this kind of projects together with international industrial partners and universities. The technical project leader are supported by a team of project management specialist, which you will be part of.
This internship will start between November 2018 and January 2019 (Date subject to some flexibility) for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your mission will consist in Project Management Support to project leaders of the Department, including updating of the Performance Management Handbook which describes all of the business processes. The inputs for these updates have to be discussed with the major stakeholders like the Project Management teams.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and improving description of Project Management Processes
- Support of the PMBPs/Project Leaders in all project management
- Handling on the different projects’ phases: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, closure
Within this very complex Research & Technology organisation, you will have the opportunity to develop strong communication skills, by convincing stakeholders in highly transversal teams and facing very challenging situations.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
You will have the following skills and experience:
You are currently preparing a diploma, preferably in a technical domain, but also in business administration, and wish to pursue a higher level of education by completing a 5-year degree.
- Strong communicator
- Good conflict management skills
- Knowlegde of Excel/VBA would be a plus
- Language skills: French & English: negociation Level
