We are looking for an experienced, passionate, engaging and highly driven Software Principal Quality Engineer for our team,
who is looking to step into a new and exciting challenge to lead, create, define and establish the testing and quality agenda for
the delivery of Airbus IT programs of work.
This role will see you working to set a clear vision, directive and be confident in a complex work environment delivering to a
variety of projects. Work will include scoping the testing work required for different technology streams across the business, and
manage the overall execution of the accepted test strategy calling out and mitigating risks, and providing updates to
stakeholders as well as managing relationships with associated Vendors.

¤ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information System or relevant
field
¤ 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise-level application testing methodology, best practices, technology and tools
¤ Enterprise-level application testing methodology, best practices, technology and tools
¤ Non-functional testing experience is imperative
¤ Knowledge and experience :
o of testing methodologies in both traditional SDLC and Agile environments
o with BDD using tools such as Cucumber, JBehave and RSpec, and in Service Virtualisation for decoupling from external
dependencies would be highly regarded
¤ Experience in :
o Embedding best practice in application testing within project delivery teams
o Creating and managing test schedules, test strategies, test plans and test cases
o Analysing test results and creating defect reports
o Testing of web-based digital applications, mobile apps, web services, and APIs
o Delivering automation solutions with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Ranorex, Tosca, UFT/QTP, etc
o Knowledge and experience with BDD using tools such as Cucumber, JBehave and RSpec, and in Service Virtualisation for
decoupling from external dependencies would be highly regarded

¤ Excellent communication skills, displaying an ability to take initiative with a pragmatic mindset, and active listening skills,
knows how to interact & influence

¤ Negotiation level of English (Intermediate French would be a plus)
