AIRBUS Flight Hour Services (SLR) is a rapidly growing world class transnational team with strong international footprint (Germany, UK, Ireland, Singapore, India, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong-Kong, Great Britain, Brazil, Chile,…). Airbus FHS provides customized services to its Customers ranging from FHS-Component up to TSP (Tailored Services Packages) with the objective to provide airlines with :
- Increased aircraft reliability and availability in an improved airworthy environment
- Support and improvement of maintenance and engineering activities
- Significant inventory management and repair cost savings
The jobholder is a member of AIRBUS Flight Hour Services organization and reports functionally to the Ho TSP Delivery, SLROT.
The position is based in London Stansted (UK), requiring travels upon business need inside and outside Europe.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
The mission consists in leading the overall TSP activity for the A321Neo fleet for a new TSP customer on Main Bases (London Stansted, Birmingham, Paris CDG) and Out Stations (Newark, Boston, Toronto…).
Setup may evolve in the next years of operations, and the jobholder will have to adapt the organization of the TSP to fit with customer requirements, according to contractual agreements.
TSP Director is responsible for all operations to be delivered in the frame of the TSP services for the duration of the contract : Line Maintenance up to A-Check, Spares management, Planning, Technical Recording, MOC-MCC, Technical Services.
He/she is the operational manager of the team performing the above mentioned services (Technical Services, functionally attached to SLRI, are operationally reporting to him). As such, he/she manages daily operations -work activity organisation, continuity of service…- as well as taking care of the performance and development of the team as per AIRBUS standards.
TSP director is AIRBUS FHS responsible in Stansted, he/she represents AIRBUS in front of the other parties (customer, suppliers, airport, local authorities…) ensuring compliance to Airworthiness regulation in the frame of the service provided, and compliance of the whole team to safety and Ethics & Compliance standards, being directly responsible of the performance of the services, he/she shall monitor On Time Performance and take necessary actions to correct performance issues.
TSP director ensures the whole team takes part in worldwide TSP community by applying AIRBUS Services global Processes Methods and Tools, and by organizing participation to best practices sharing, improvement projects, ad-hoc support, training…
The position and the team are based in London Stansted, but travels in Europe and outside Europe may be required by business needs, and the jobholder shall be ready to travel accordingly.
TSP Director holds the prime role of interface with customer, MROs and other suppliers / partners. Consequently, he/she shall organize and guarantee adequate meetings with all involved parties, as well as ensuring professional and efficient communication.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Technical knowledge and experience:
10+ years of experience in TSP / MRO Operations and FTM, in particular Engineering support and planning
5+ years management experience
- Knowledge in A/L Operations
- Knowledge of regulations constraints Part145 and Part M
- Knowledge of AMASIS required
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Proven capacity to work in challenging environment
- Good communication skills and experience in customer management
Excellent level of spoken and written English. Intermediate level in French is a plus.
