Are you passionate about IT, experienced in state of the art collaboration tools and convinced by the business added value of the digitization?

7 vacancies around the Airbus Digital Workplace have arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.

With the Digital Transformation of Airbus, the Digital Workplace program is in place to increase employee productivity through the use of state of the art collaboration tools and automation. This program is recognized as a key digital transformation component, enabling increased business value.

The aim is to enable the employees to securely collaborate and access their data in anyplace, anytime, from any device and provide new tools to improve collaboration and communication within and between the teams, supporting the lean multifunction working environment.

The future job holders will contribute to the definition of the strategy, roadmap and prioritization of the workplace elements ensuring maximum focus on end user experience, and drive the adoption of the solution across the Airbus business populations.

Tasks & accountabilities

We're looking for enriching our teams with people from diverse horizons willing to bring and share their experience and skills around the following professions:

  • User Interface /User eXperience (UI/UX) Designer,
  • Digital Technology Specialist,
  • Mobile Applications Manager,
  • Microsoft Usability Automation,
  • Product Manager.

We are looking for talented people able to shape & design, to implement, to manage & deploy existing / future digital collaboration and automation tools.

5 types of job are opened:

  • As Digital Workplace User Interface /User eXperience Designer, you will:

o Research, evaluate, and develop new tools to improve the user experience with the digital workplace,
o Lead the definition of innovative solutions for the digital workplace product,
o Drive the design to focus on the visual definition and experience of the end users
o Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks,
o Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards,
o Bring a deep knowledge of the user experience with state of the art digital workplace solutions,
o Contribute to the digital workplace strategy, roadmap and technical definition.

  • As Digital Workplace Technology Specialist, you will:

o Guarantee the design of the Digital workplace with provide robust and scalable solutions in line with the roadmap and considering the project time, cost and quality targets,
o Manage relations with all Airbus divisions and user population to ensure deliverables are aligned with the user expectation,
o Bring a deep knowledge of the digital workplace to the team, providing guidance and recommendations for the definition of the target,
o Contribute to the digital workplace strategy, roadmap and technical definition.

  • As Mobile applications store manager, you will:

o Set-up the entire Airbus Apps Store service worldwide,
o Contribute to the full deployment of Airbus smartphones,
o Run mobile application service insuring Service Level Agreement and user satisfaction,
o Follow subcontractor team operation, project & rollout activities.

  • As Microsoft Usability Automation specialist, you will:

o Be the System Center Front-Office specialist with a high expertize as Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM).
o Automatize all windows delivery solutions,
o Improve all deployments processes,
o Create new (web) interfaces

  • As Product Manager, you will:

o Guarantee the delivery of robust and scalable solutions in line with the Digital workplace roadmap, on time, on cost and on quality,
o Contribute to digital workplace product definition and continuous product improvement.
o Manage relations with all Airbus divisions and user population to align deliverables with the user expectation,
o Manage all aspects of project lifecycle,
o Contribute to the definition of the digital workplace strategy and roadmap.
o Ensuring the Digital workplace design and performances meet the expectations of the user populations.

To be considered you will need to confirm several of the following points in your skills profile:

  • Master Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or functional field,
  • Proven experience in Agile Product Management, ideally 2+ years,
  • Proven history in driving new product initiatives from inception through to delivery,
  • Experience of deploying cloud based end users solutions (365, Google Apps)
  • Understanding of the best in class User Experience for Workplace solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft System Center Service Manager,
  • Experience working operationally with a business,
  • Good communication skills with the ability to adapt to different contexts and targets,
  • Learning agility, independence of mind and innovative “out of the box thinking”,
  • Personal resilience to challenge status quo,
  • Good internal and external networking skills.
  • Ability to animate internal and external resources to drive the transformation of the toolset
  • Languages :

o Advanced level of English,
o Intermediate level of French
